Looking for folks that might have one of the following tractors, and would like to get you opinion of the seat as it relates to comfort:

MX4800
MX5200
MX5800

I'm considering the after market version of this seat.

Thanks for any and all help!!

Only you can determine what's comfortable for your backside. If you can't test the seat out prior to purchase you are rolling the dice. Buy it and post your review here.

I replaced the seat in my L3800 with one from a L3901. The 3800 seat was angled forward and it felt like I was sliding forward all the time, the 3901 seat is angled back. I bought mine from Messicks several years ago.
I also replaced the seat on my MX5100 with one from a MX6000. Angled the same was as the L. Way more expensive than the 3901 but luckily I found one local from someone who upgraded to an air ride seat.

I bought what looks to be a very similar seat, from Seat Warehouse for my L48 TLB 2 years ago.
I think I may have paid a bit more, so perhaps not the exact same model.
The Seat Warehouse seat is fine for me, but I do not use my L48 for long periods of time.

If you look that company is no longer open for business. You would have to source from another vendor.

Just a suggestion. I use a gel and shearling seat pad from American Motorcycle Specialties. It is cool in the summer and the shearling helps you from sweating. It also provides cushion comfort and provides shock absorbing protection on bumps. I pace on the seat, sit down and strap the seat belt and go. Around eighty bucks and it works great. I use it on long trips in the car and on my motorcycle too.

The MX 4800 - 5800 is the same seat as the MX5400 and MX6000, whether cab or not. The seat is reasonably comfortable, in my opinion. Armrests can be added from Kubota as an accessory.

I agree pending the amount of seat time additional funds are well worth it. But if you spend big bucks don't jump in the seat with a screw driver in your back pocket ask me how I know.
