I figured I'd try you smart fellas first.

I'm wanting to add a rear remote for my L3200, but have had no luck finding a part number for the hydraulic block that replaces the cap on the hydraulics. Can any of you folks point me in the right direction or maybe already have the part number?

Many thanks!

Found this. Can't tell if this is rear remote or not. Your way may be the best way.

Part number for the hydraulic outlet block is 7J266-68113. Messick's wants $31 and they show one in stock. Inexpensive and easy add on - I would suggest using a valve with multiple spools even if you only "need" one.

Excellent advice. I installed four valve sections, as I needed three, with two tilt cylinders. I have the extra valve section if I ever need it, and never regretted installing more than I thought I would ever need...

The reason for two tilt cylinders was I could use shorter cylinders than if I had used one, and ended up with more 3PH lift than otherwise. My B2910 does not have a lot of 3PH lift...My post hole digger thanked me...

Make sure your valve has a relief valve and tank connection. Without a loader, your relief is at the 3PH valve, and you'll be connecting ahead of it.

Not to worry - there is a main system relief in that outlet block - items 60-120 in the parts diagram. No harm in using a valve with it's own relief and he should definitely use a valve with power beyond and tank outlets. Plumb it just like the loader valve using all three ports on the block.

Any particular reason why? Is there an alternative?

And thanks for all of the information you guys have shared with me!
If you can add remotes in factory location, I'd go that route. I'm not sure if your tractor has the provisions or the parts available to add rear remotes, I would think it would, but I don't know.

What you are thinking, may be the best way for your tractor. Hopefully OldHokie will chime back in, he's good with hydraulics.

Ding, dong :)

Kubota seems to have gone out of their way to make the remote kits for the standard L hard to find. They are in the whole goods catalogs but are not listed in the Options tabs on KPAD like all of the other favored models. WTF!!!

Anyway the "factory" valve kits are very nicely integrated but IMO the remote outlets are pretty chintzy. The base kit for the L3200 is/was L7334 and it installs just like the kits for the current L01's - picture of the L3200 kit below. Messicks has online pricing (use that whole goods number) for the individual pieces and a single remote would run you about $1k if purchased ala carte. That would not include the hoses or outlets.

There has been a lot of speculation that the current L01 kits (L7211B) may work on the older models but I have not seen any confirmation of that. You could get the entire L01 base kit and first valve for about the same price.

As Matt knows I have been working on my own solution which would be less expensive, equally well integrated, and IMO less chintzy. It is very close but still incomplete and I don't expect to get back to it until the fall.
