Hello Folks! Can anyone help out and help me locate a wiring schematic for a 2014 Kubota Z725KH zero turn mower? Having an issue with brake switch wiring I believe ! Removed the brake switch and jumped out the plug and mower starts and moves normally! But when you try to engage PTO switch , engine stalls. We got a brand new brake switch and that didn’t fix the issue! Right now the new break switch is removed with plug connector jumped so it can be moved around! Something must be in common between brake switch and pto switch! Any help would be appreciated!

Make a jumper wire like this (photo)

These are your safety switches:

1. Break switch
2. Neutral switch (Left arm)
3. Neutral switch (Right arm)
4. Pto switch

You would normally start at the break switch but you said you have already tried that

I would start at Netral switches, I have had 2 bad switches at the same time so you might need 2 jumper wires

This is were I would start, let me know I can give you the wiring diagram but it really isn't much help

Note

The Neutral switches are kinda of a pain to get at, just reache in there with your hand and unplug them, jump the wire and see if it works

Let me know the outcome

Thanks for your reply! I checked all the switches with a meter, they seem to all be good! I guess I am stuck on the 4 wires at the brake switch, I currently have both sides of that switch connector jumpered, the only way I can get it to start! I did change out one of the 4 relays, ( one of the top ones) and now I got the pto switch working! I would like to try and figure out how the wires all go to the switches and ring them out for continuity!
Thanks so much

Here are the schematics for your Z725.
The Brake and set switches have 4 terminals because they are two switches in one. One circuit in the switch can be Normaly Open and the other circuit Normaly Closed within the same switch.
I seldom work on them so I have to look it up each time I mess with one.
The failure is usually a relay.
