My 2006 OEM L48 TLB loader Q./A looks absolutely NOTHING like your pictures!
You have a DIFFERENT animal!!

The pallet fotks and the SSQA do not line up. How do you explain that? I would suggest the top shoe on one or the other is set at a differemt angle which prevents the pallet forks from rotating into alignment.

I can tell you from experirnce with my loader it takes very little to cauae that. Something as minor as a small pebble can do it.

My explanation is: The Q/A design/fabrication pictured, simply does not appear to be the same as that on my L48 TLB!
I have an OEM bucket, EA forks, and an off brand grapple.
All fit readily/normally!

I just took a little golf cart ride to look at my L48TLB quick attach.
My OEM quick attach assembly appears to be totally different from yours.
You mentioned your serial number.
Mine is: 61802, and was apparently purchased in 2006
Is it possible, that mother Kubota, manufactured some early L48 TLB models with different quick attach dimensions, or....... could the previous owner have added a non standard quick attach system as an after market item?

Could you post a picture of the top shoe area of your adapter?

And may I suggest he take a photo (profile) with the pallet forks hooked over the shoe and raised off the ground so we can perhaps see whats preventing the forks from rotating down and into alignment.

Its real hard. Put the cursor where you want the image to be placed and then click on the image button in the toolbar. You will be prompted to chose an image from the files stored on your device and the rest just happens....

Because, quite obviously you could SEE the differences between the loader Q/A construction/mounts.

so I have taken more photos. nothing is bent, all top edges of shoes are square. I would need a much longer square. both sides have same wear and line up very equal on new implements. spacing on implement the same on each shoe. I'm hoping that kubota dealer is talking to manufacturer. I have lined up a welder who does very large equipment and should have large straight edges. But I think it is like old timer said - some were not manufactured to universal specs.

I have a feeling that top corner of flat bar is hitting the back of the 'socket'. Some grinding might let it sit down.

First, make sure the adapter isn't twisted. Are both sides of a new attachment out at the bottom about the same amount?

Assuming so, you could make a template out of something fairly stiff, sheet metal, hard plastic, wood, hard board, etc. to match the standard below. Then hold it up to your attachment and see where there's interference. Some grinding might fix it. Or some re-fitting and welding might be required.

Here's a picture of the ATI adapter on my TL720 loader. You can see it's about 15-3/4" from the extended point of intersection at the top to the bottom corner.

I already know they are different because ypu told me so. I already know a standard omplement works on your loader. I aldo know a standard implementvwotkd on my loader and Ibalso know what ir looks like.

What I need to see is HIS pallet forks hooked to HIS adapter in the hopes I can see the point og interference.

I already have a pretty good idea of what might be the problem just looking to confirm.

The top of his shoe looks pretty thick. I am thinking the top hook (vee) on the forks may be too small/acute and is binding and wont let the bottom of the forks swing all the way in. Different problem with similar solution - grinder.

I do agree, It does appear ln the OP photo that the top shoe may be extra thick.
I'll go have another look at that on mine.

This picture (bottom) says your SSQA on the loader is spot on.
The issue is in the plates on the attachments.
Need to see the SSQA Adapter in the top pocket of the SSQA plates on the implement.
Also measure the SSQA plate height on the implement, and compare it to the pic that @PoTreeBoy put up here:
