Hello,

I have a Kubota GL35 and it don't want to move (up or down) the 3Point hitch.
The 3 point hitch remain up.

Can you tell me what should I test? and how can I test?
What can be wrong?

Also, the command of the hydraulic cylinder (which is located on the right side of the tractor) working normally.

Please ask me if you have more information like explain or pictures regarding this issues.

Thank you very much,

The 3-point hitch uses gravity to lower. There should be a round knob below the seat that you'd turn and this knob regulates how fast the hitch lowers. This knob has no effect on how fast the hitch raises.

If the hitch hasn't moved in a while and there's no weight on it, you may need to push down on it.

Is your 3PH all the way up now? Or down? This info could make a difference in the diagnosis of the problem.

If all the way up, could be the reason suggested above...

Hello,

The 3HP is up now.
The knob is open, it is positioned on the middle (half) between close and open.

Information in the US is extremely limited for your Japanese GL-35. I had to VPN into Japan to get the owners manual for your tractor.

I extracted this page to an image file then sent it through Google's Translate for images.
