After sitting all winter, I started my Kubota and did a small chore. It struggled a bit to start, so I decided to put the trickle charger on the battery. When the battery was charged, I went to start it and nothing happened. All the dash lights are on, including the glow plug. I hooked the charger up while it was plugged in and mistakenly hooked the negative cable first. What did I do to the tractor?

Check that all levers are in off or nuetral, you may have one out of place for starting. You can hold the key at the start position and move levers and HST pedal one at a time slowly to see if the tractor will crank. If it does that switch may need adjustment but often it is just knocked out of position as you got on/off the tractor. You may need to sit heavier in the seat also?

I would check the fuses just to be sure that one isn’t blown.

But you probably need to clean the battery cable connection points. Start with the battery connection clamps and if still having trouble move to the other end of the cable at the tractor side connection, especially the ground cable.
