Could be safety switchs?

we need a lot more info to help with this.. Does it turn over, does it try to start, did this happen after you changed something, have you checked all wiring connectors, tried a new battery?

Yes it could be safety switches

Generally if the dash indicators (oil, etc.) illuminate and you get no response from the starter when you try it is one or more safety switches not satisfied. If the starter does engage the safeties are all happy and you have a different issue.
