Ive had an L2402DT-M for a few years now.
I know the M in the model number means Monroematic, but I had never had a need for it, and understood it to be removed/disabled before my ownership.
I still have the fender-mounted control-box in a collection of spares that came with the machine, and see two hydraulic lines joined into a loop, dangling near the top-hitch. Much like in this thread: http://www.orangetractortalks.com/forums/showthread.php?t=464 but my control box is significantly simpler.

Now, recently, Ive developed the need to raise one side of the hitch (I want to be able to tilt a grader-blade). I dont need any of the other Monroematic features. If I can better understand how the Monroematic system was connected, I might be able to set up a simplified mechanism to achieve my needs.

So, from previous posts, do I understand the Monroematic 'computer' controlls a 12v hydraulic valve, which operates a hydraulic ram attached externally to the RH hitch? If I have a looped hydraulic line near the back of the seat (as in the quoted thread) then the hydraulic ram has been removed? If so, I assume the 12v valve is still in place?

Can anyone suggest a non-automatic way of keeping the RH hitch raised? I thought it wise to ask, before I go experimenting.. ;-)

Nice forum guys.

Thanks Vic. In the meantime, a couple of pics might help.
We can see the looped hydraulic line, and the disconnected electrics.
The next pic shows the RH hitch with an unconnected lug - is this where the hydraulic ram used to go?
The last pic is just for interest - it seems my tractor had a much simpler monroematic arrangement than others.
(Apologies for the dirty machine - it is a workhorse, after all)

Hello,

I have also tried to figure out how this thing works, but regarding my little experience in (japanese-) hydraulics and no box with every kind of adapters and stuff, I decided to set up a new vent-block.
From my understanding at my traktor it has had only an output and an input. So it was not possible to get a Zylinder driven by this allone.
But maybe I'm wrong...

Please let us know if and how you will have solved your problem.
