Picked up some mirrors on EBay. Pretty good price and free shipping. They are for golf carts but worked out great for the tractor. These are very handy for when I am mowing the fence lines. I have them pointed on the rear tires and mowing deck. now I can keep my eyes forward. What do you think guys?

So how does the upper center mirror do. Any significant vibrations. I was wanting to do exactly the 3 mirrors you did on my BX. Side mirrors are no good when mowing with FEL off. I was thinking for center, the "golf 5 panel wink mirror" but looks like some pretty poor reviews and needed additional center support along with the sides.

There is some vibration on the canopy mirror. It's not that big of a deal I mostly use the side mirrors and they are pretty steady. I keep the FEL on all the time so I do not have the problem with vibration. I'm looking for different mounting options for the canopy one.

Very nice!

Can you post some pics of how they are mounted? I need to put mirrors on mine . . at 60 yrs old and several motocross/and bicycle racing crashes . . my spine and neck are not in optimal condition . . .:rolleyes:

Great setup, I wanted to do something very similar on my L4600 but thought more in line of using a tiltable mirror on the canopy that is aligned to monitor the operation of three point implements...I use mine for working row crops. Do you think the side mirrors are necessary to monitor your mower? I was going to use a mirror setup like in a school bus, what do you think?

Hi - I was looking for mirrors for our L3800, hence I found your post. But I also like your pole shed! We have been meaning to put one together for our L3800, too. If you wouldn't mind sharing the details and/or photos of what you built for it, we'd be much appreciative! Thanks.

I love to find some mirrors with magnet base mount so they could be removed if/when necessary. Anyone got some?

Quite an easy project. I got a set of mirrors from Ebay which are for golf carts. Bought magnets with holes in center on Ebay also. Buy screws to fit in the counter sunk hole in the magnets, tighten and attach to tractor.

The mirrors come with a flat bar with two holes for attachment. Mirrors adjust up/down back and forth, yet stay in place with the magnets. Magnets are about 1 1/8" diameter and 3/16" thick (but sold with metric numbers).

Have had them for a couple of years and work perfectly. Mirrors <$15, 10 magnets for $--need 4.

Looks similar to the ones I put on. Just under $30 in all with the HD magnets @Amazon.
One of the mirrors showed up with a crack in the very corner
so didn't bother with the exchanging hassle. Crack just adds character .
