Lanos has the bulk of the metro area sewn up with locations in Ramsey Loretto and Shakopee. I've only dealt with the parts counter. Mostly in Loretto but once or twice in Ramsey. They were always helpful. Can't tell you anything about sales.

I made a visit to Acme Tools in Bemidji, but was not impressed with the sales department. I felt they were more interested in their Acme Tools side of their business than selling Kubota Tractors. Never even got a quote from them as there was only one guy that could give me any numbers, and at the time I was there, he wouldn’t see me without an appointment. I guess I made the mistake of not telling them I was coming, but I never went back or called. First impression type of thing. I ended up in Duluth at the Bobcat of Duluth dealer. Wont say I got any real deal with them, but Mike took care of all my questions and concerns. But I did get my $43,000 free hat.👍👍👍

I see west central MN which is Willmar? area. I am in Nicollet and deal with Arnolds. Arnold's | Minnesota | Agricultural Equipment Dealer (arnoldsinc.com) I deal in Mankato and have been treated well, no complaints. 1 Bx2660 with loader and 1 Bx2680 with snowblower and cab. They have been to my place for 3 different warranty issues. Arnolds does not appear to keep Kubota at Willmar most likely due to the fact that Haug has had Kubota in Willmar for 30 years. I would start with the dealer closest to you and see what the experience is. One reason I started with Arnolds is that they are on my route to work. I also have John Deere which is more difficult to access as they are on the other end of town. John Deere 8 mile away is nothing compared to what some post here by drive by access is so much handier.

I've also been very happy with Arnold's in Mankato. I dealt with Christian on a used tractor and got a very good feeling about the people there.
