Miniature Hay Wagon/cart

Has anybody come across something like this? I want a 4-wheel cart that is 3-5' wide and 4-6' long.

I'm not adverse to building it myself (some light welding skills) if I could find king pin\spindles steering hardware that is reasonably priced. Can get it all day long from race car building sites or golf cart modification sites. The problem is they want and arm and a leg for them... Besides, if someone builds one already, I would much rather just buy one... (provided it isn't too much money)...

Nice price and I do have a TSC close to me... But I don't think that cart would hold up well... My place is VERY bumpy! AND I would probably over-load it and bend it all up... AND it does not review well...

I know it's not a wagon, but I picked up this hydraulic dump bed flat bed for $100.
Needs a new top, sides and rework the lift mechanism, I'll make it a scissor lift design.

According to the reviews on that one, proprietary parts (with limited or no availability) and sub-par bearings on the wheels. However, I might get it and just rework the problem areas...
