I need to replace all the bucket teeth (5) and one tooth adapter. The teeth are
held by a roll pin installed top to bottom. I managed to remove one pin
without issue but the rest are frozen. I tried some heat and a 3lb hammer but it did not seem to help.

I stopped before I mashed them, so any tricks ?

Do you have the correct size punch? Also are they tapered or straight? Penetratung oil, heat, cooling and persistence with the correct size punch wins the day. I learned all about this removing a PTO knuckle this winter thanks to the folks on this forum. Good luck.

If you give better details you might get better answers.
Like make and model, and pictures.

Its a Yanmar Vio35, image is the bottom of the bucket.
I cut out and welded on a new tooth adapter (right side in the pic)
and replaced two other teeth but two remain.
The crazy thing is both moved, one moved at least 3/8" and the other
maybe 1/8". Heat and beat numerous times but no joy.

I used the machine today so that is why its dirty but it was clean when I
went to drive the pins out.
