Just put new blades on my BX2600 with 60 inch mid-mount mower. I have mowed twice and both times the yard looks "striped" and the mower seems to be leaving the grass uneven by just a hair. Besides the blades being dull, the mower performed as it should before the blade change. I didn't install Kubota brand blades but rather chose a generic equivalent.
Any ideas about why this may be happening and /or suggestions how to remedy this will be greatly appreciated.

Either they are installed upside down (happens to all of us one time or another) or they are the wrong blades.

Pull them off and compare old and new side by side.

these are blade positions and results of mowing.... any thoughts ?
Tires all have the right psi ?

Looks as if the deck is leaning to one side - somewhere the system is outta wack!

Get on a nice smooth floor - get a couple of scrap pieces of wood to build a "thickness" sandwich - place the deck in the position that you cut, get down to the floor level and place these "shims" under the blades until they barely touch, move to the other side.......see what you come up with.

Doing this with a tape measure is a PITA - the height of cut is not as important here as the same cut on both sides!

report back whatcha find out!

Yep, what 85Hokie said. It doesn't look like the blades are misaligned, it looks like the deck isn't level -- looks just like the striping I got when my tires were low.
