You are lucky, their "internet manager" was just an idiot to me. When I called him out on the mistake, his answer.....don't reply again. Stick with what works for you but I will use Colemans or others.

Cris, the experience that you describe, is most definitely an anomaly with Messick's!
I have been using them for years, with always outstanding service, and many others here on OTT will agree.
