I also cannot force myself to go the the wall. I tried to go to the traveling one they had here a couple years ago but could not do it

I urge anyone who has wanted, or tried to go, to do so.

It is moving but, it is also a tangible piece of a reality that those whose names are engraved upon that wall missed out on. It represents honor from a nation that sometimes forgets to be honorable. It will bring closure. The statue that accompanies The Wall is likewise brilliant. And, it is all on the Mall in DC.
