M95S 4x4 with cab. I am trying to find the thread size for the rear lug studs so I can get a die the clean up 2 of them.

Have you contacted your nearest dealer? Is there any info in your owner's manual?

Can you take a nut from one of those studs to a tool shop and get them to find you a die? Or use vernier calipers to measure male thread diameter and metric thread pitch gauge? Or find a workshop manual - some of them have thread sizes for specific studs.
