I have two M9000 DTC tractors and on both, this small metal gasket (see pic) leaks oil on both. I replaced the gasket, tightened to the two bolts down as far as I feel comfortable tightening, and it still leaks (not excessive, but a nuisance). Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there a gasket material and can make my own for a better/permanent seal? Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure it the gasket leaking and not the tack drive it self. I have replaced several of them that we're leaking .

I have cleaned and degreased very well and it is leaking around the lower side of the new gasket. Thanks.
