Long enough thread but no direct answers.
My M8540 PC narrow has had fuel issues since about 200 hours, now 640 hours... off n on. Runs 5 minutes then coughs to a stop. Wait a half hour and I can run it again. Separator level goes up and down erratically, air bubbles come out the side of filter/primer side "return" (¼ clear tube) to check valve, bubbles travel in both directions.
To replace all lines will take time.
Is there a procedure to isolate the issues?
Good ole manuals used to be excellent in procedures, 'if this then that' listing, at least my Isuzu ( '74 chevy luv) manual is.
