Are there any Companies that make an Aftermarket Denso thats not pure JUNK?? Or rebuild kit? 1600$ is Painful.

I suggest you enlist help of a real pro ac mechanic to adapt a compressor to your application. If you weld it isn't difficult to fab mounting bracket for a car compressor.

You likely had contamination from the previous compressor in the system. Depending on how the compressor failed, you may need to flush out the system. Also, if the system was open for a long time, the dessicant is probably no good. Water and refrigerant oil mixing can form an acid and destroy another compressor.

very likely. That or another system issue which can and often does result in compressor failure
