I reread your description of the hot pressure test. Did you run that at engine idle speed? It should be run at 2400 RPM.

No 2400 I was referring to hydraulic system I guess it was misleading

OK - then there seems to be a problem with the pump and/or relief valve. As I said inspecting and cleaning tje relief is easy. Do yo know how to plumb and run a pump test?
