M6800DT hydraulic lift problems

Problems with 3 point hydraulic lift: the position control lift lever has become quite stiff when trying to alter its position and the maximum lift height seems to be less than normal. Additional pertinent info: the front end loader hydraulic works fine and the dip stick for the hydraulic oil level reads in the low but acceptable range. Any ideas? Thanks for the input.

Maybe try some spray lube where the control goes in the housing.

did you ever figure this out? im having the same problem. I know my fluid is low I haven't had a chance to top it off but this feels like a linkage issue. if I pull any harder im afraid ill bend the linkage. like it needs lubing but I don't see any grease fittings.

got it. the penetrating oil worked after I loosened the bolts to let it seep in
