Hello. This is my first Kubota. It's a M5950DT and has been sitting for about 3 or 4 year. Had to change the fuel and filters to get it running now the hydraulics won't work. I do have power steering. The 3 point hitch and loader won't even try to work. It's almost like the hydraulics aren't engaged. The loader lines don't try to charge and the 3 pt. will not try to lift at all. Full of clean Hyd. Fluid. The loader plugs into both remotes in the back. Should the remote lever be engaged to make the loader work because the loader is plugged in the rear?
Thanks

Thats an interesting and non'standard arrangement. I assume the loader is third party?

The remote has to be shifted to get power to the loader but thats just the tip of the iceberg. A few pictures would be helpful.

Here are some pictures of the Levers and rear remotes. the hoses for the loader are plugged into the remotes. The 3 point hitch doesn't work either. But I do have power steering. Do these tractors have a hydraulic sump screen? I see 1 hyd filter and that's about it. Any other hyd filters or screens any where?

With the levers in neutral the 3pt should work. Disconnect the inlet hose from the loader valve and put it in a bucket. Start the tractor and move the remote lever. You should get oil out of the hose.

The forward 2 levers are for loader correct? And the rear 2 levers are 1 for hitch and the other 1 for outlets?

The two remotes are for the two sets of outlets and do not control the 3pt
The 3pt is controlled by a lever thats ususlly by the operators right thigh. I believe your tractor has posution and draft control so there will be two levers. You need to get a copy of the Operators Manual and read it.

Yes, the two forward levers are for the remote/loader and the 2 rearward levers are for lift and draft.

Yellow is lift, green is for draft

The front levers are the Remotes/Loader there is also a speed knob (pink)

There is also a drop speed knob for the three point and if it's closed the three point might not work.

The way I understand it is the 2 forward controls are the controls that would operate the loader as long as they are plugged into the rear outlets and the auxiliary control knob turned in the clockwise direction to make both outlets work that the loader is plugged into. the rear controls are for the 3 pt. hitch and the is a flow control knob to control rate of drop. I got no hydraulics for some reason to operate the loader or 3 pt.

I think there is some confusion here.

Post a picture of your loader. Is there a control valve on the loader?
