Check your owners manual for clutch pedal play. Also, did this happen suddenly, or was it a gradual thing. If gradual, then probably just needs adjusting, if suddenly, then something has broken or came disconnected.

Work fine but sat for a month and when I started it it would not go In gear. So I shut it off and started in gear. Once running if you take out ov gear it won't go back In.

If it is started in gear and you let out on the clutch what happens? Does it appear to act the same regardless of the gear? Does it pull? If running and in gear, what happens when you try to slip it into neutral? It could be as simple as a clutch adjustment, or it could be synchronizers in the tranny.

Did the clutch plate rust to the flywheel while sitting in wet or humid conditions?
Sounds like that except for the “I can stop by pushing the clutch pedal “
Try cleaning it by slipping the clutch during a few take offs

It has 4 gears and hi range low range and reverse. When started in gear it works fine but does feel like its pulling a little not enough to move but it rocks When I press clutch once its running I can stop like normal. But when I change gears or go from hi low or reverse it acts like I dont have the clutch pressed down
Sounds like the disk is sticking to the input shaft splines, and not sliding that tiny little bit to release from the flywheel fully. If that's the case, there's not much you can do except cycle the pedal a bunch of times or take it apart and clean the splines. Check/ adjust your pedal and keep using it for a while and hopefully it frees up.

Ok thanks I will be changing the oil and filter on Monday and try that.

There may be a grease zerk behind a cover on the side of the transmission/clutch housing by the brake pedal, that zerk is to put grease between the shaft and throw bearing carrier tube.
Does clutch operating pedal have at least 1'' of free travel? Have you lubricated trans shift linkage lately? Several yrs ago I owned a M4900 that reverser synchronizers failed & trans was stuck(hung) in reverse but trans could still be shifted

Hard to say from my screen, but it does sound like a clutch issue. You really need the manuals (usually a free download with a little online searching). Follow the clutch pedal mechanism. If it is like my M9, there are two screw adjusters just past the pivot point of the pedal. You could try adjusting to see if it makes any change. Just measure and make certain you can put it back where it was.It has 4 gears and hi range low range and reverse.
