M125x steering controller seal kit

Anyone know where I can get seal kit for steering controller on M125x? Kubota kit is just under $400 for few orings and seals. Part# 3F 290 97502. Any help appreciated.TIA

Must be something unique about that kit, even aftermarket kits are running the same $$.

Might check with a local hydraulic rebuilder, but I'll bet it will run you the same or more.

FYI: If you've never rebuilt a hydro unit, don't move any of the plates or spin any of them or it won't work, they are aligned in an exact pattern. ;)

There is no need to take the steering ass. appart to replace the seal. just clean it all off real good and remove the snap ring on the top and the seal can be removed and replaced. It is likely that the o-ring that seals the stationary part has hardened is causing the leak. there was a bulletin on it. I have done quite a few of these just replacing the $15 o-ring and not had a failure yet! Remember, like ALWAYS with hydraulics, cleanliness is key!
