Hydraulic issues. was doing what other posts spoke about on startup. However now it randomly decides not to lift loader until you shut it off and restart. Dealer told us to change the filters and check for air in line. didnt work.
We are getting code ER38 & ER42 when we shuttle into gear. steering is also getting harder until you stop and restart.
They also said something about a screen, we could never find a screen.

Mine both need a few seconds on startup to lift the loaders. They also have limited power steering on startup until you bring up the throttle.
Have you checked your hydraulic fluid levels? I find mine are troublesome even if slightly low on UDT
