M110 wheel lockup

when operating the M110 the left rear wheel locks up and will NOT rotate turn the tractor off wait 5 minutes and all is fine until the next time this very intermittent how do I solve this problem

Does that tractor have two brake pedals (L/R)? If so - I would check the brakes on the left side. Sounds to me that you got some glazing on something not returning the shoe or whatever.
