I've changed the fuel filter checked the air filter and it still doing it. After running out all the fuel lines I found the transfer hose between the fuel tanks has a leak at the clamp. I haven't changed it yet but didn't know if that would be enough to put air into the system or where else I need to look.

Clean the screen in front of the radiator so your engine can run cooler.

That may be the problem, especially if you’re mowing tall weeds or grass with fluffy seeds.

A little more details might help with diagnosing. How old is your tractor? Hours on it? How full is your fuel tank? Has this happened several times? Or just once? If several times, is it always the same amount of time between starting and when it starts loosing power?

It's a 2007 with 3200 hours it's happened the last two times I've went out and tried to brushhog with 3/8 to half a tank of fuel and yeah it's right around and hour to hour in half when it happens.

Then try to fill the tank with fuel and see what happens after an hour and a half to two hours of brush hogging.

This is assuming that the tank is low and tractor has a lift pump that is failing or failed. Fuller tank has enough head to get fuel to injection pump in sufficient quantities to run well

It could be a few things:
- overheating, if your tractor depowers when it overheats. But if it overheats, you should see that on the temp gauge / get an alarm. Is it overheating?
- something fuel related. Obscure, but as @Russell King says, it could be that as your fuel tank gets empty there's not enough head. Probably wouldn't be the first thing I'd think of though
- is it dropping revs, or just dropping power? If revs are dropping, could be a governor issue I guess - my governor seems to not stay wide open once the tractor is hot
- could be air flow related, if you're clogging up the intake somehow. But I don't really see why it'd start going well again once it cooled down

It's not overheating it's staying at normal temps. And per the fuel guage I'm at about 5/8 of a tank and it still did it. I replaced the lift pump as well to no avail. It's dropping the revs even driving down the road it acts like it's losing fuel pressure and lug but if you get off the throttle it acts like it's catches back up and won't completely due but not every time. I know running down the road at 1500 rpms it'll keep up for about 2 miles then act up but anything around 2000 rpms it won't make it 15 yards. This is all after running for 15-30 mins.
