I have recently bought a tractor with M1-55 Kubota markings serial # M53 50760 on left side of engine. I believe it to be Gray tractor but would like to know what the N American equivalent would be. Found tires in China and Kal Tire was able to get them here and installed at a very reasonable price. Also any info as to service manuals or cross references for filters would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a Japanese user manual for that line of tractors, it has a little bit of info you will be able to use without Japanese conversion, engine info, oil type and capacities for each component, tire sizes, drain bung locations, grease points and a list of parts/accessories, may not be worth anything, thought they may filters listed for yours, you will have to grab the part numbers and punch them into Coleman kubota site or similar to see what they come up with.

I also have a M1-55DT . It has the D3202 engine as used in the M5950 and M6030 but I haven't found which is the closer match. As I understand it, as it is over 50 hp PTO it is not included in the list of gray market tractors, but it is imported directly from Japan.
Any further information appreciated.
enjoy your new tractor
