I have a 2021 LX3310 that has been running great up until today. It sat for about 10 days and when I went to start it up the dashboard did not come on and there was appears to be no juice going to the starter. It was running fine when I parked it. The battery seems to be fine and all other accessories are working fine. Tried to jump it and also charge the battery just in cast with no difference. Any suggestions?

1st ....'jump it' , HOW ?? There are several ways and each can tell a tale......

to me, 'jump it' means..remove battery, get known battery next to tractor, connect +ve using good ,know jumper cables to +ve starter motor stud( NOT the one going to tractor battery....), connect -ve jumper cable to chassis/engine near starter, quik FIRM press onto -1ve of battery. Should see some sparks AND starter should spin. If yes, then starter motor is good.

2nd test ,similar but +ve goes to battery side of the starter solenoid, -ve can be clamped to battery, jumper +12 to small solenoid stud. Starter should spin. Yes, confirms good starter solenoid....

'no juice to dash' could be blown fuse powering dash...need to see wiring diagram to confirm/deny.
ANY rain soak the dash ? THAT could have popped the dash power fuse ......

Thanks. Jumped battery to battery using jumper cables. Will try other suggestions. I have a cab model and is parked inside so should be no issues with moisture. I looked at the most likely fuses and all are fine.

That's a good question. I did a rough visual on mouse nests, but did not take any of the cowling off. On the same day I found a big chipmunk nest in the truck I was using to jump the tractor. I'll dig a bit further.

I took cowling off and examined as much as I could see and no mouse damage/nests. I doubled back on the fuses and discovered the the Panel, OPC (not sure what OPC is) fuse was blown. Put a new one in and it blew when I turned on the ignition - saw a quick flicker of the dash panel. Assume there is a short somewhere. Any guesses? I have a tech from the dealership coming in the next few days if I can't find a solution myself.

Here’s some LX3310 data. Depending upon your test equipment and experience level you can do Ohm, Mega-Ohm or use a Power Probe to locate the faulty circuit. I added cab and ROPs information.
