I love trolls. A $5200 tune up…OK.
It was a tune up everyone. Nothing to see here. Everyone should just do it themselves.
Ignorance is bliss on your part. Whitetiger is a long time Kubota technician at a dealer, moderator, and WAY more knowledgeable than you are about Kubota’s

Does anyone have a loss of power issue. After tractor warms up 10-15 minutes tractor loses power even if pto isnt in use. No error code. Runs perfectly fine cold full power and acceleration up my hilly property even running an implement. Then if implement or not if trying to move , work, or even accelerate rpms drop down and will stall unless I let off pedal and then rpms will recover but any attempt to move causes loss of rpm back to stall levels unless I let off the throttle pedal.
Just ran across your post. Mine is doing the exact same thing! Did you get your issue resolved, the dealer her e can't help either. Tired of guessing. Thanks.

My issue was finally resolved with a new engine replaced under warranty but it was a long road to get it done. Last year they tried to just do injectors and some other stuff then it did the runaway smoke job as seen in my video in this thread. When I showed them the video they went and picked it up and said the engine would be replaced but it needs to be torn down or whatever they have to do to get kubota approval.
if you need any info let me know.

I'm coming in late to this thread, but can empathize with your frustration - with the attachments you have listed, shop time is a poor substitute for quality bota time and knocking things off your project list.

I've got a B3350 - the precursor to your model. The B3350 is notorious for DPF problems and at just under 1,500 hours, mine has been replaced twice. After the 2nd replacement, I was instructed by my dealer and the regional service rep to run the machine at full RPM's at all times. I'll let it run at ~1,700 RPM when I start it for a minute until the first engine temperature bar appears - then it's wide open for the rest of the day. Have not had to replace the DPF since adopting the new operating procedure.

At some point, I also had a problem with loss of power like you described and was also blowing the 5 amp panel fuse. The fix on that was to replace the PTO and hydrostatic safety sensor/switches. With this problem the machine made 2 round trips to the dealer, but they did get it.

Maybe you could escalate it to the Kubota regional service rep?
