There's nothing that makes any sense in between the two. 32nds size bolts are incredibly rare and there are no metric half sizes that big. How loose is the 19mm? 19mm (3/4in) is muuuuuch more common than an 18mm. I'd bet you've just got a slightly undersize lug and a loose socket. The tolerances on bolts, sockets, and wrenches can vary widely depending on quality and design (it's gotta slip over the bolt easily). You can measure it with a $10 set of hardware store calipers if it piques your interest.

Stumpy,, neather are so loose ( SNAP-ON & CRAFTSMAN old ones) that they would slip but when torqueing the lugs I kind would like to have one thats really close to the size of the bolt head,, maybe me just being anual

Just checked mine since I was up here, no use to you but my fronts are 17mm and the rears 24mm. Both sockets fit well.

Hummm Snap-On is one of the highest quality tools in my experience, interesting. How much slop are you seeing? For example a Craftsman 1/2 drive 12mm 6pt impact socket on a 12mm bolt gives me less than 5 degrees of slop. A 13mm socket from the same set gives me over 15 degrees of slop on the same bolt.

I'm not sure what to tell you, I stand by my original statement, no other size makes sense in that range.

If your not using a hex socket, they are more forgiving if a little slack.
