I have an L2502 hydrostatic tractor. I am going to be using the tiller here soon but cannot find the adjustment procedure for the slip clutch to verify its correct. I know I need to slip the clutch to make sure it isnt seized but I am still concerned about the proper setting for a tractor my size. Any information would be appreciated.

you can find info like this on youtube. pretty sure all slip clutches on tillers ( or bush hogs ) all work the same. mine is a titan, if i remember correctly? ( not saying much at my age now ) it said to install the nuts onto the springs, tighten them a few turns, then test in soil. to tight, it won't '' slip ''...too loose..and it will slip, burn up the friction disk.
