Lots of tractors at the local Kubota dealer but very few with cabs i.e. one!

I live about 3 miles from the local Kubota dealer and their inventory is looking good if you want an open station tractor or even an excavator. What they don't have much of is cabbed tractors, but they have this awesome M4-071 out front. I had to stop on the way home yesterday and take a good look, and some photos of course. This has the the more advanced shuttle shift compared to my M6060 and a bigger cab with the "buddy" seat. Price is around $70k.

Not going to happen ... honestly! I'm really happy with the M6060 and don't have any need for the bigger, fancier cab or the incremental increase in hp. I got a really good price on the M6060 and it'd make no sense to pay an additional $30k or so for such small gains.

The only way I'd step up to something bigger like an M7 is if there's a way to make money on such a tractor. I've started offering spraying, tilling, seeding, mowing and mulching services mostly for my own enjoyment and perhaps to make a little play money. If it proves to be viable I might invest in more equipment and possibly an excavator in a few years. For now though, photos of nice tractors will have to be enough.
