When I bought my L3830 used last summer I only got 1 key with it. Somehow I managed to lose it today after loading it on the trailer from a brushhogging job I had. How hard is it going to be to get another one?

My dealer always says not to leave my key with my machine when it goes back for service, so I guess it's not difficult at all. But you probably won't find one at home depot.

If you need it right now, go to a dealer tomorrow and get one (Almost all the L keys are the same).
If you need it soon Just get one set to you off EBAY.

Maybe just a coincidence, but the key to my 1983 L235 and my 2005 L3400 are the same key, which led me to believe that there's been no change or that there are just a couple different key patterns. Is there anyone you know with a Kubota? Try another Kubota key and see if it fits.

Thanks guys - called the local dealership this morning, they asked me if it was a cab tractor on non-cab. I told them non cab and they said $4.06 for 2 keys. My wife went and picked them up, I will try it after work...
