While cutting grass today I lost all movement froward and reverse. The forward pedal and reverse pedal are limp and just flop back and forth. This occurred sudden as I was backing up and pilling up to do detail cutting.

What could have cause this?

I recently changed the hydraulic oil and filled full. I have used the tractor for an hour or so since and no problems. The engine runs fine and the mower deck raises and lowers fine. Just no travel.
It is a BX 2260

There is also pressure holding the wheels as the tractor can not be pushed forward or backward. Almost like a linkage or something failed and is not engaging when the pedals are depressed. The power steering does still function.

Sure sounds like something in the pedal linkage came apart or broke. Should be fairly obvious via a visual inspection.

You may have to do a little body work disassembly to see it all.

I put in neutral and towed to my shop. Initial visual did not expose anything obvious. Did not want to strip too much apart . Does anyone know if the linkages are nestled out of sight and would require more disassembly to get to?

The forward and reverse pedals just flop back and forth with no resistance. All other hydraulic functions are fine.

pedal "flopping" to me indicates the linkage is disconnected from the bellcrank immediately below the pedal or at the linkage behind the right rear tire.
