Ouch......in CA,...... and looking for a BT1100.
Probably tough to find that anywhere, but likely even more difficult in CA.

I have one in Houston TX
Long ride from CA to Houston, but that might be the only option...... for several years?
I seriously doubt that there are many BT1100 hoes just sitting around loose, in CA.
Assuming good-excellent condition, you will like it if you do get it.
The BT1100 is a great hoe.

May be Ok, at the right price, but needs new dipperstick cylinder $$$ for sure.
Hoses condition very questionable. $$$
Has pin on buckets rather than quick connect (can be changed).
No street pads.

The rod can be replace on the boom at a hydraulic shop here in town a lot cheaper than a cylinder from Kubota I bought it that way the original owner took it off a new tractor and put it in his barn somehow liquid fertilizer got on the rod and ate it up before he noticed it I bought it to put on a M4700 but never did and its been sitting for awhile and I prefer pins to quick couplers because the bucket goes through the most abuse and is far superior I done heavy underground over 45 years and never see that on backhoes in underground but you do the front end loaders but if you change buckets a lot maybe so
My loader bucket on my tractor is quick change and I love it
In your opinion what do you believe would be a reasonable price on the backhoe because its very well made and maybe the best in a non commercial application of any out there and when you look whats out there there are very hard to find
The L48 is worth a lot more money with the backhoe than with out it
Thanks for your opinion because you seem to know a lot about the tractors

I can only make a guess as to how to price the hoe separately.
I own a 2006 L48 TLB, that I bought in 2019 from a private party in Maine.
I searched for the better part of a year.
It had only 251 total original owner hours, but had been stored outside.

The seat was shot, had light seam rust under fenders, and several hoses had lost their exterior coating.
Overall condition was faded, but it had been stored in shade.
I sandblasted the underside of the fenders, and repainted both of them, inside and out, plus all 4 wheels, and both buckets as well.
Compounded/waxed the rest.

My machine has a 24" quick connect hoe bucket, ( I have added 16" hoe bucket, hoe root ripper, 4400# forks, and 60" grapple ) hydraulic thumb, 3 rear remotes, 3rd function with diverter, and hydraulic loader bucket connect/disconnect.

If I was looking for a BT1100, in the condition you have pictured, (with 2 buckets) and considering transportation cost, my maximum offer might be $6K.

Any chance you will be looking to get rid of the 3-point linkage? I'm looking to purchase if you or anyone here has one collecting dust. Thanks

I was thinking real close to that I would probably keep it for anything less
Thanks

As a point of reference, the difference in a new L47 with and without backhoe is $14 - 15k.
