I have the option to buy a 2008 kubota l3400f 2wd with a 5ft bushhog. The tractor only has 96 hours on it. It has sat outside its whole life but is in decent shape. Most likely going to need tires. Any idea what i should pay for it?
I stay away from anything kept outside, but that’s me. The dampness and UV take their toll. The hours are low, so that means it sat a lot for long periods allowing moisture to attack the innards of the engine and transmission, and especially the hydraulic system. Here’s a site with some ideas of prices these are going for. https://www.tractorhouse.com/listings/farm-equipment/for-sale/list/manufacturer/kubota/model-group/l3400
Thank you sir. I know the tractor real well. Ive been around it for 5 years. It had regular fluid changes and services at the kubota dealership. Its a manual transmission. Ive put about 40 of the hours on it.

Two wheel drive compact tractors are unusual and do not sell well. Those with 96 hours even more unusual. As a result, it is difficult to find comparables on tractorhouse, etc.
Having been outside for 12 years and needing tires, I would not offer much.
There is a nice inside kept 2WD, 68 horse JD on TractorHouse right down the road from me. Probably won't go for beans as it's 2wd.
Think I'd take a current model and cut the price 50% and offer that.
