$6K w/ FEL and 165 hours does sound pretty cheap....maybe too good to be true?
I've never been on Craigslist, but there's folks here on OTT that say there's MANY spam listings on there all the time....they often low-ball asking prices.
There's guys here that can spot the fake ads in an instant.

Google " Craigslist tractor sale scam" and make sure you don't fall for a similar thing. Hope your seller is real and it works out.
