Hello, is there any attachment out there for a Log Splitter? Either homemade or store bought. I would imagine it to go off the rear 3 pnt.
I run a splitter off the tractor hydraulics, for the past 4-5 years. And I would have to remove the back hoe on my BX25...
I had a similar splitter to that about 30 years ago. It had a 5x5 1/2' lug pattern to bolt to a Ford, Jeep, Scout etc rear axle with the wheel off and jacked up in the air, Idling. They were referred to as "A Montana Barstool"My son will be building one of these this weekend.
He bought the kit on eBay, driveshaft, bearings and cone.

And yet people think nothing of having their hands near saw blades, wood lathes and other rotating machinery.Bet his better half has the EMS on speed dial
One reason I posted one of those particular video's is because the builder did build in a little bit of "guard" into his design. One of the old truck video'sBet his better half has the EMS on speed dial
We used to have one of those. Was a lot easier and faster then a chain saw
