Opinions? Are they worth it? Kind of pricey.

Damn straight they're worth it.

If you search OTT for it, you will likely find thousands of good references.

I have one and have thought about getting another..........

Depends…me personally, I don’t like slipin’ off a nipple till I am done with it😉. So I would echo what @RCW said. I would offer look at the combo pack of fittings…there are several that can be helpful depending on what zerks you need to reach.

I have the straight one and I love it. It is much more sure at getting the grease in the zerk than the ordinary ones.

I love the one i have. It's super handy when I have to get to a fitting in a hard to reach place.

It's much easier to clip it on and get comfortable versus being in an odd position.

I should have done a search first but hadn't heard of them before so didn't think of it. Sorry.

Standard length or XL or both?

my Lock N lube just crapped out :( Would not lock onto a zerk at all.
I replaced it with this: zerk adapter
Right off the bat I like the way you grip this vs the Lock N Lube. Tomorrow is the test - I need to grease the FEL
will let you know how it goes.

The LNL is rebuildable. The jaws are replaceable. Should have came with a kit to do so when new.

I have mixed feelings about them as well. The first one didn't last long at all...the second one has been much better.

Ahh, so now they are selling them in a kit with replacement parts???

I have three of them. I have rebuilt all of them multiple times. I keep a kit in each of the trucks. I have also tried three different Chinese knockoffs. Several of them I did like the way they locked on. But they were extremely short lived. With that said I will only buy the lock N Lub

I purchased mine about 5 years ago and it came with a rebuild kit. So it's not really anything g recent.

They have been selling them with replaceable parts for at least two years.

I like my mine, and I have had it for a couple of years. One Warning - their coupler may not be able to reach every zerk. The wheel axle zerks on my LP Finish mower are at too tight of an angle. So, I had to buy their hose extension for $17. You just attach it via the coupler, when you need it. I think it covers more difficult situations than a 90 degree fitting, but YMMV.

I used to use and love my lock and lube coupler for my manual lever grease gun. After I bought the Hercules electric grease gun from HF, I prefer the tip that came with the gun, and it seems to stay put pretty well.

I like mine, but it certainly does not fit into all places.

Overall, I think they are worth it though.

Greasing sucks, but a LNL makes it a little more bearable.

Mine was defective, and I called. They sent me a replacement and a shipping label to return the defective one. Good customer service.

So was your Kubota. You could have bought a lesser-quality tractor, but I assume you wanted the quality of the Kubota. Why spend a few dollars more on the maintenance of the Kubota to get a quality product?

Was ok for a little while. Never again waste of money if you grease anything regularly. Homeowner probably ok for 1 time a month.PITA on some fittings. I guess if you want every dodad that is sold this would be last on the list.
Test light, battery tester, good tire inflator wood be some of the first items for first timers
