I ordered one of these a few days ago from Buzzard Gulch Inc. so you know it had to be good! Made by Univer-Co, Napierville, QC, Canada. UC-2118, Cost #31.75 no shipping or tax.
It's a quality constructed fitting. Total length is 2". Has a knurled surface with a slight flange to grip to open the coupling. 10,000 PSI pressure rating. My main reason in purchasing this particular product is I saw them in the local NAPA and played with it a while and was impressed with the metal, it's length, and how if functioned.
There are a few variation of the lock-n-lube coupler. No one coupler is going to be perfect for all applications. The challenges are depth to reach the fitting, like a PTO shaft under a shield. For this coupling folks have commented it's difficult to release the flange with greasy hands. I keep my hands clean enough that has not been a problem.
There is one guy on YouTube declaring this coupling as a piece of junk and how good L-N-L is. Interesting part of his complaining video is he never released the outside slide part to allow the coupling to attach!

What do you use and why do you prefer it?
