location of two grease fittings on gr 2120 glide steer rear arm

I cant find the two above grease fittings. Do you have to take off the protective cover across the bottom of RH glide steer arm and LH guide steer arm to get too them? I found the RH and LH guide steer arms grease fittings but can't locate the two identified in the owners manual drawing as guide steer rear arm.

No need to remove anything. Both fittings are facing down so it's hard to see. Try feeling around the bottom of where the link connects to the pivot joint.
Mine didn't even have grease from the factory.

I used to back the mower onto portable ramps just because of that when i had the GR. It helped a lot

I just bought a new GR2120. I have to use a lot of force on the grease gun handle to get grease into those bottom two fittings. I can't see anything wrong. Do you have any idea why?
