The very first thing to do is to remove and reattach each fitting for the hydraulics on the front end loader. They may appear to be connected but may have been dislodged you have to do each and everyone of them.

Sometimes the three point can interfere with the loader. If the three point is not properly adjusted and set to the fully up position the loader may operate VERY slowly or perhaps not at all. Set your three point to a position shy of full up and see if that helps. You may need to obtain a user manual or check the Kubota website for hydraulic fill info.
