According to page 36 of the operators manual, the PSI should be between 1891 and 2005.How many PSI. should I have?
I had been taking it easy on the HST for about 40 hours. I took wolfman's advice ans mashed the crap out of the peddle. It really put the power down for me over a 10hr work stretch on doing root raking. The WSM for the B2601 is available here at kubotabooks.com (tractor owners manual).
As mentioned in prior posts above, mashing the HST to the floor isn't the way to go at it, go slow into the pile, technically the harder you push the pedal the "higher" gear your in for the HST within that section range (L/M/H) and vice versa.
Do You have SSQA forks or bucket mount? What is the weight of the forks and mount? When I went to the dealer for my 50 hr service I asked about them shimming the valve to give it extra lifting power. They did. And when I get materials delivered at my shop I tell them the max I can lift is 1000 lbs. The materials coming in get weighed on a scale right at 1000 lbs or a little less. My tractor can just barely curl the pallet off the bed of the tractor trailer. With out looking I think my FEL has a lift cap of 1250 lbs + - . But can only lift 1000 lbs.
really my only disappoint with my tractor is the lift capacity.
