Hi I have an L3200 is their a adjustment to slow down how fast the the bucket will drop? when loaded with dirt or when I have my snow plow on I need to be real steady when trying to lower the bucket it's harder when moving.

I know it can be difficult to feather controls when moving, it takes a gentle touch on most hydraulics. Check engine rpms, i prefer to run engine at a lower speed to make hydraulics a little slower.
Engine can be at idle and hydraulics will still lift-until tractor stalls. Then higher rpms help.

I use high rpms to travel.

If it was electronic controls a laptop could be hooked up and they could be set as slow or fast as you want them to run. Not the case here.

With manual controls it's all about touch and feel. My suggestion when you need to be slow and precise hold the loader control down toward the bottom. It will give you much more control and be easier to make small movements.
