New to this site so lets see what happens.
I have a B6100 that was just gifted to me. Its had a very hard life, poor thing.
The Loader is not staying up, The left main cylinder leaks fluid after I shut everything down. When driving I have to keep lifting it to keep it from dragging. The three point works great if that matters.
Any ideas ?
Thank you.

First off welcome to the orange, somebody can answer you or at least give you some good ideas where to look. But I would look into the valve body to me, at least it sounds like you are leaking fluid back. Idaho Wolfman would be one of the guys to ask for sure. I don't think a rebuild would be to costly

First thing to do is rebuild the cylinders that alone will cause the loader to drop.
Then after that you can get into rebuilding the valve is that needs done. ;)

Well it depends on hold long you want this tractor. You got it for free so no loss so far. If you plan on keeping it for the next 20 years then I would start by rebuilding the front hydraulic cylinders, easy to do it your self. Replace hoses, and if FEL still lowers by itself then you probably have to rebuilt your hydraulic spool. This tractor can serve you well for a long time, however, like anything else as a product gets older it is harder to get parts. However, the FEL sounds like a minor problem.
