I have a ‘91 B7100HST that I installed a woods LS72 loader on about 5 years ago. I have been having issues with the front most bolts snapping off where the loader frame bolts to the tractor frame. I most recently upgraded the bolts from class 8.8 to class 10.9. So far this is holding. I wanted to see if anyone else has had similar issues, and what fixes they have done.

I was breaking bolts on a tractor I once owned.
My problem was caused by ramming hidden tree stumps.
Some of these I rammed by accident!

CAn you post Pics of the broken bolts? 8.8 bolts are hard and will shatter where grade 5 bolts are resilient and will survive. grade 10 bolts, are likely harder than the tractor and may open-up the tractor mounting holes.

Photos of the broken bolt faces might tell a lot.

i.e. are they failing from fatigue or being failed by an overload such as being sheared off.

Typical loader frame designs have the rear axle dealing with a substantial part of the load. The front axle just holding stuff up.

Any relative movement in the loader frame between the front axle area and the rear axle will create major loads at the front mount(s).

Did you torque them correctly or just 'good and tight'?

Does your loader setup have any steel support going from the pod the loader towers set in or attached to and going back to the rear axle? If you don't you're putting a lot of stress where your bolts are giving up!
