Hello all, new guy here got a Kubota L3301 with a la 525 loader,

I have a problem it goes up and down but bucket won't tilt, there's no quick connects it's all direct lines into the valve body,I broke loose all the fittings around the cylinders ,oil came out at each fitting, there's no leaks anywhere no bent lines, pins on bucket not bent or rusted, the lever works fine it's not disconnected or bent, the pins there everything moves freely.

everything was working fine, full of oil, then the tilt quit working, when you engage the tilt you hear the pump engage bog down but it just doesn't move,

even if I lift the tractors front with the bucket and then try to tilt it it still doesn't move.

Thanks in advance.... Moose 🫎

Direct lines into the valve? It’s not a removable loader? It should have quick connects on all four line on top of the loader valve.

The LA525 loader comes with quick connects on the loader valve. If yours are missing somebody has been playing and who knows what you have. Post a picture of the valve.

I know they're on correctly, I've gone through three sets of the quick connects, so I just ran them direct I got tired of replacing a quick connect coupling, everything was working fine it's been working fine since I replaced and ran them direct never had an issue for years, and now the tilt just stopped.
Thanks

Something is not correct or they would work.

It is a simple circuit - test it.

Disconnect ONE hose at the tube manifold and put the end in a jar. Operate the curl/dump functions and observe flow and cylinder movement if any. Repeat with other hose.

WARNING - Its going to make a mess

Your symptoms could indicate a blocked T line.
1. Push your boom into float and see if the curl works.
2. Post a picture of where the 3 loader lines connect into the hydraulic block.
3. Trace the T line from the valve to the block, looking for a kink.
4. Try moving the boom and bucket at the same time. Does the boom stall?

1. In float it still doesn't work
2. Not sure what exactly you wanted so I took pictures of everything
3.no kinks no bends nothing pinched that I can see
4. When I raise the boom and try the tilt the boom stops dead

hints that you have a third function, correct? Is it a diverter or separate circuit? One solenoid or two? Can you sketch or describe how it's plumbed in? Also, do you have any rear remotes?

Since you seem to know how to hook up and disconnect hydraulic lines well…

As I understand it you have a function (lift) that works and one that does not work (curl). So have you tried to move the hoses from lift to curl and also curl to lift (swap the four lines) and see what happens then? If it is the valve curl should work but lift won’t. If it is the curl circuit then it won’t work but lift should.

I think that is all correct but think it through and see what you think about that before you do it.

Yes there's a 3rd circuit with an electric button on lever it for a front grapple things like that, 2 solenoids, the picture of the matching thumb or finger coincide where each hose is on each item. 2 thumb picture, 1 thumb wraps around hose below orange marked hose, 2 baby finger picture 2 point finer picture , all of this was on the tractor when I bought it 6 years ago none of it's been changed, I haven't put anything new on it change anything done anything it just quit tilt part, all three hoses attached to the the valve body one on one side one on the other side and one in the middle on top were the lever is.
If any of what I just said makes sense thanks..

Thanks Moose 🫎
