Hey guys my dad has an old work truck with a Reading work box on the back, the bottom has rusted out of the bed. He called and asked the other day if he thought we could lift the bed off the truck with my tractor, I told him I honestly dont know. I know I can lift prob 1300lbs with an A463 loader. Does anyone have any pointers or any ideas of getting this accomplished? Ive noticed some of you guys have welded snatch hooks to your loaders, which I'll probably have to do. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

I'm sure it's doable but try to have as little weight out in front of the loader as possible. I would take it very slow and make sure you have enough ballast on the rear of the tractor. Picture when you do it would be nice.
