There are a few on the forum who have made aids to use their tractors. I saw this on a "Home Attachments" forum and though it might give some ideas to those who may need it.

That is a great idea. My dad recently lost his leg due to diabetes. He said he sure misses working and being in the Kubota. I was thinking of something like that for him to get into the M-6. The Lx would be a lot easier but the cab is too small to get in and out of with his prosthetic. But great post. Thank you for sharing

In addition to allowing one to use their tractor that could possibly save injury for those of us that struggle.

The only thing is, you will need to start the tractor from the ground to power the cyl. So if there is a clutch switch, you will need to bypass it, which opens another can of worms.

Run it off a small electric plow pump or a pump we use on tri axle dumps for the roller tarp..

Another idea... rather than going hydraulic, just use an appropriately-rated 12V linear actuator wired hot (through a fuse) to the battery.
